Menuish

Menuish Available for Download

By chris

Today is an exciting day for me. For the last several months I’ve been working on getting Menuish off the ground. Now I am happy to say that Menuish is available (for free today only!) for iPhone users at the App Store.

I’ve shared my story before, but for those of you finding out about the app, here’s the low-down. Essentially Menuish takes the flash-filled, hard to navigate, impossible to search menus found on most (really almost all) restaurant web pages and makes them easy to search and view on your smartphone. Big thanks to our partner SinglePlatform for providing the data.

Now you can access thousands of restaurants to find the food you want. The results contain menus, photos, ratings, and phone numbers so you can book a reservation immediately. You can search by food item or find the 40 closest restaurants to your current location to narrow the results down to the places within walking distance. The app is linked to Facebook and Yelp so that you can even see what your friends think about a place before you try it out.

So please download the app, and let us know what you think.

Oh – and check out the awesome infographic our team made below, using Menuish data.
